Centrifuge hot dip galvanizing installation

Wedone Technology can design and offer different centrifuge configurations from highly automated, dedicated spin plants, with one to three separate robots to flexible, customized, semiautomatic or manual control solutions to be temporarily used in kettles that are mostly used for batch galvanizing.

Different solutions can achieve different productivity, up to capacity of 80 baskets per hour or up to 5t per hour in weight.

Wedone Technology can design and build centrifuge hot dip galvanizing plants that would go from pretreatment area to the finishing and packaging of the galvanized product.

The Zinc Elephant3 has been designed for highly economical galvanizing of large quantities of small parts and bulk materials. It guarantees a uniform zinc layer, while reducing material, energy and reworking costs.
